Sometimes only time can take away the pain, but you can decrease the suffering by spending time each day deliberately focusing on things that make you feel better and more positive about yourself and situation. Write down all the negative thoughts and feelings running through your mind continuously, and then on another page write down all the positive things you would rather be thinking and feeling. Create affirmations out of those statements that make them present tense, and spend some time every day focusing on them. Your energy will begin to shift as you regularly focus on what you do want, until you eventually begin to see the evidence of it showing up. Blessings!
